This behavior is by design in sahara net. The command to block the sender's domain was not added to the shortcut menu in order to prevent users from accidentally clicking it. By clicking such a command, a user might have unintentionally blocked everyone who sends an email message from that specific domain. This includes everyone who uses a common carrier or ISP, such as @example.com.
.. To do this, follow these steps.
- go to Mail.DomainName.com and log in with the mail address and the password.
-The Mail status page will be displayed. This will show details including the Inbox of your E-mail.
-Click the Options link in the menu in the top of the screen.
-Click the Mail link in the menu in the left of the screen.
-Then click Blacklist link ander mail list .
-Now the Blacklist status page will be displayed.Click Add Sender/Domain button.
-Enter an address (e.g. ABC@example.com) or domain (e.g. example.com) to Blacklist then click OK.
Settings have been changed, click Save at the bottom to update details.
Now service has been activated to prevent receiving messages from specific Sender/Domain.
